About Araxeus

Araxeus is an original music album series that features new original music, original characters, their associated themes and a story for you to discover in each album.

Araxeus takes place in a world where all legends, mythologies and urban legends coexist, primarily taking place on an Earth from an alternate timeline, but also all the planets and galaxies that exist far beyond it.

The story is about the two main protagonists of Araxeus, Kwu'tsahu and Ianatan Fòlais, as they go on many adventures throughout the world of Araxeus to save those in need.

Araxeus is a series of concept albums, telling a story in each one though it's music. Aside from the included character bios and stage theme descriptions, each story is meant to be interpreted though the music by the listener.

Each main album is formatted like a video game OST with stage and boss themes. Araxeus was inspired by the Touhou Project series of bullet hell/shmup games and also the derivative works that sought to emulate the game's OSTs such as the Nansei Project.
